How to get to Puglia


Traveling by train:

From Rome: Guests can take a high-speed train (Frecciargento or Frecciarossa) from Rome Termini station to Fasano or Ostuni, which are the closest stations to Masseria Calderisi. The journey from Rome to Fasano or Ostuni takes about 4 to 5 hours.

From Milan: High-speed trains also run from Milan to Fasano or Ostuni, taking around 7 hours.


By car:

Renting a car from BRI or BDS AIRPORTS to explore the area before, during, and after the wedding weekend is a great option, especially for those who enjoy scenic routes. The drive from Rome to Fasano or Ostuni takes about 5 hours, while from Milan, it’s around 9 hours. The area is perfect for exploring by car, with beautiful countryside and coastline views along the way.


Traveling by air:

When researching flight options, we suggest looking into a round trip ticket from the US to – Rome, Munich, London, Zurich or Milan - All major airports with regional and international airlines flying to Bari/Brindisi. Rome2Rio could be a helpful tool when searching for flight options.

  • Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI) and Brindisi Salento Airport (BDS): These are the closest airports to Masseria Calderisi. Brindisi is about a 45-minute drive, and Bari is around 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Both airports have direct flights from several European cities and connecting flights from major international hubs. Please check back for details on airport transfers. 

  • Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): Guests can fly into Rome and take a connecting flight to Bari or Brindisi, or travel by train or car from Rome to Puglia.
