Please check back for the final transportation schedule in April. Transportation will be provided from Borgo San Marco, Casale Del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro to wedding weekend events happening at Masseria Calderisi and Calderisi Mare Beach Club, Thursday through Sunday.

THURSDAY

Casual Sunset Welcome Event Timing: 8:00pm - 10:00pm Masseria Calderisi

Getting there: Please meet at your pick-up location by 7:40pm to ensure a smooth departure. Shuttles will depart Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro for Masseria Calderisi at 7:45pm. 

End of the night transportation: Transportation will be provided between the event venue and Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro as needed throughout the evening. As it is a shorter event, we do hope that you will stay for the full 2 hours. Shuttles will begin departing Masseria Calderisi at the conclusion of the event at 10:00pm, with the final shuttles leaving at 10:30pm. *Please note that shuttles cannot make additional stops, add new addresses or change pick-up or drop-off locations. 

Parking is available at Masseria Calderisi for those who prefer to drive.

FRIDAY

Welcome Party Event Timing: 6:00pm - 10:00pm Calderisi Mare Beach Club

Getting there: Please meet at your pick-up location by 5:40pm to ensure a smooth departure. Shuttles will depart Masseria Calderisi, Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro for Calderisi Mare Beach Club at 5:45pm.

End of the night transportation: Transportation will be provided between the event venue and Masseria Calderisi, Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro. Shuttles will begin departing Calderisi Mare Beach Club at the conclusion of the event at 10:00pm, with the final shuttles leaving at 10:30pm. *Please note that shuttles cannot make additional stops, add new addresses or change pick-up or drop-off locations. 

Parking is available at Calderisi Mare Beach Club for those who prefer to drive.

SATURDAY

Wedding Day Event Timing: 6:00pm - 3:00am Masseria Calderisi

Getting there: Please meet at your pick-up location by 5:20pm to ensure a smooth departure. Shuttles will depart Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro for Masseria Calderisi at 5:30pm.

End of the night transportation: Transportation will be provided between the event venue and Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro as needed throughout the evening. Shuttles will begin departing Masseria Calderisi during the dancing portion of the evening/after dinner beginning at 9:30pm, with the final shuttles leaving at 3:00am. *Please note that shuttles cannot make additional stops, add new addresses or change pick-up or drop-off locations. 

Parking is available at Masseria Calderisi for those who prefer to drive.

SUNDAY

Poolside Pizza Party Event Timing: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Masseria Calderisi

Getting there: Please meet at your pick-up location by 11:40am to ensure a smooth departure. Shuttles will depart Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro for Masseria Calderisi at 11:45am. Shuttles will be on a continuous loop between the aforementioned hotels and Masseria Calderisi throughout the afternoon.  

End of the event transportation: Transportation will be provided between the event venue and Borgo San Marco, Casale del Murgese and Masseria Torre Coccaro as needed throughout the pool party. Final shuttles will depart Masseria Calderisi at 4:30pm. *Please note that shuttles cannot make additional stops, add new addresses or change pick-up or drop-off locations.
